The McBean Pavilion is the perfect rental space to host your next celebration, party or event. This remodeled 6,720 square foot facility can accommodate up to 350 people. The Pavilion is ideal for weddings and parties with its kitchen, one dry and one wet bar, and built-in stage. This venue also includes a private, gated courtyard with an attached barbeque.

The Gazebo is in the heart of McBean Park. This shaded structure is perfect for events in the park. It is close to the Pavilion, McBean Pool, play structures, and horseshoe pits.

With recent renovations that include an artificial turf infield, Bermuda grass outfield, improved bleacher seating & fencing, McBean Stadium is once again one of the premier baseball facilities in the Sacramento region, and is home to Lincoln Little League, William Jessup University Baseball and the Lincoln Potters Baseball Club.
McBean Memorial Pool at McBean Park is a Lincoln family favorite. Enjoy recreation swim or sign up for one of our aquatic’s programs. The pool is a great location to rent for your summer birthday party.
Amenities include men’s and women’s locker rooms, snack bar, splash pad, bleachers and swimming lanes.

Located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, the Civic Center Theater (CCT) is available to rent in 4 to 8 week blocks by performing arts groups to use as a rehearsal and performance venue.
Amenities include a 600 square foot stage, dressing rooms, seating for 160, theatrical lighting and sound, 150 square foot kitchen opening to the auditorium.

Located on First and Joiner, the Community Center is home to Lincoln Recreation! Inside you can find the Recreation Department office and various programs. This facility offers a gymnasium, stage, and meeting rooms – all available for rent!

Located at 650 Fifth Street, Beermann Plaza is an outdoor location in the heart of downtown Lincoln. With a beautiful fountain and small shade trees, the Plaza makes a wonderful setting for a small event.
